This facility has been fitted with state of the art cardio vascular equipment, fully adjustable air conditioning and 3 plasma screen TV's to make your workout as pleasureable as possible.

There is also a private shower area.

This un-manned facility is open between the hours of 6.00am & 10.00pm daily.
